If so do you only play the mega-buck ones? Or do you play the pick 3/4 etc.

play them at 5dimes or Carib instead. You will get a much better payout, and you can play any state's numbers

Yeah--I hear ya. BUT..If hit there and take a payout...it would insult my home state when paying my state taxes. They might not be happy and then..
